Heute ist er endlich frei und kann von sich sagen: &#8222;Mein Leben war gekennzeichnet von Selbstsucht. Doch es gibt einen Ausweg f\u00fcr jeden.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h2>Daniel: &#8222;Es drehte sich alles nur um mich&#8220;<\/h2>\n<p>R\u00fcckblickend wird Daniel klar, dass es bei seiner jahrelangen Abh\u00e4ngigkeit vor allem um eines ging: Um sich selbst. Sein Alltag war gezeichnet von Passivit\u00e4t und Egoismus:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Es ging st\u00e4ndig um mich, musste um mich gehen, die Stillung meiner Bed\u00fcrfnisse. Ich war in mir selbst gefangen. Krass war die Selbstablehnung, der Selbsthass. Ich habe darunter gelitten, wer ich war und wie ich war.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Er litt t\u00e4glich unter dem Teufelskreis etwas zu tun, das er nicht tun wollte, aber doch immer wieder tat. Lebensqualit\u00e4t und Selbstannahme gingen dabei immer mehr verloren.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Eine Passivit\u00e4t und Realit\u00e4tsflucht zogen sich wie ein roter Faden durch mein Leben. Wann immer es in der Realit\u00e4t Probleme gab, habe ich mich in meine Fantasiewelt gefl\u00fcchtet. Ich hab aufgeh\u00f6rt zu tun, was mir Freude macht und was ich gut konnte.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Mit der Freiheit kam die F\u00e4higkeit zu lieben<\/h2>\n<p>Seit Daniel es geschafft hat, frei zu werden, \u00e4nderte sich auch vieles Andere in seinem Leben zum Guten.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Ich wurde viel liebesf\u00e4higer gegen\u00fcber meiner Frau und meinen Kindern. Es muss nicht st\u00e4ndig um mich gehen. Darin liegt eine riesige Freiheit. Ich hasse mich nicht mehr. Ich hab meine Macken, aber ich kann mich annehmen. Das hilft mir, das Leben als Geschenk zu sehen und es anzupacken.
